 Under the barrel and into the secret basement

Talk to the Lunar Fox to get the quest. 

TO JIM BAYLOR'S HOUSE: 

Head to the Adventurer Faction, do NOT go to twerp and set your spawn.

Go Inside and talk to Jim Baylor

Give Him the Saw, Hammer and Chunk of Steel 

TO DWARF LEADER SMITTY

Suicide in order to spawn back in Reet

 From Reet Spawn go:

Into the Mine

Click on Dwarf Smitty to receive the next part of the Quest.

You can find the monsters you need to kill in this mine, Lizard Warriors on the first level
Cyclops on the second level
Orc Lords on the third level

Killed them all? 

GO TALK TO DWARF SMITTY 

Now it's time to head back to Jim Baylor!

GO TALK TO JIM BAYLOR

[If you can't take on 25 dwarves without a heal-break you should definitely bring some blue crystals and a heal spell] 

Head to the Adventurer Faction

Talk to Jim twice, the second time he will warp you to a grassy field.

Kill 25 Dwarves

Jim will give you 2,000 gold and warp you back to his house near the faction.

Suicide back to reet.

GO AND TALK TO LUNAR-FOX

Lunar Fox will give you 5,000 gold.
